Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Destined Alchemy’s control.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email or through your order information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact Destined Alchemy as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If you believe your package has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
